The problem
An NDIS provider is almost never found by the person who will use it. A support coordinator, a family member or a hospital discharge team searches first, and they are checking two things before anything else: that the provider is registered, and that the supports they need are actually offered. A site that opens with a mission statement fails both tests in a second. It had to lead with registration, name every support plainly, and give the referrer a route that does not involve a phone call.
What it does
An identity that does not infantilise
Disability support branding tends to go pastel and soft. The mark pairs a blue wordmark with a figure in motion, because the people using these services are adults with goals, not patients.
Registered, said first
Registered NDIS Provider appears in the page title, the heading and the line under the buttons, because that is the filter every referral runs first.
Two front doors
Get Started for a participant, Refer To Us for a coordinator. One site, two different people, two different next steps.
Supports named plainly
NDIS support, behavioural support and the rest each get a card and a sentence in plain language rather than scheme jargon.
Built to be found
Structured around how people actually search, which is the service, the scheme and the city together, rather than around the organisation chart.
Participant-centred, shown not claimed
Photography of real support work rather than stock smiles, because this is a sector where the pictures are usually the first thing that rings false.
