The problem

An NDIS provider carries an enormous evidence burden: 19 credential categories per worker, participant files, incident notifications inside fixed windows, SCHADS pay rules, and the NDIS Practice Standards themselves — each audited, each with its own expiry. Most tools in the category tell a provider what is missing and stop there. The brief was to build the half that comes after that: a system that tracks the evidence, warns before it lapses, and produces the document the gap actually needs. It had to work for a support worker on a phone mid-shift as readily as for a manager preparing for certification.
